BISHOP ALLEN DR
At approximately 1:35 a.m., Cambridge Police were flagged down on Bishop Allen Drive by a party who stated his along with several other motor vehicles (five total) were vandalized via spray paint. A male who was located in the immediate vicinity of the reported damage with several opened spray paint cans under his immediate control, and seemingly fresh spray paint on both his hands and clothing attire. He was read his Miranda Rights on scene before stating he was in fact responsible for the damage sustained to the motor vehicles. Based on these specific and articulable facts, coupled with his statements, and the fact he was not a registered owner of any of the damaged motor vehicles, the male, identified as Michael Lucero, 39, Sparhawk Street in Brighton, was subsequently placed under arrest for five counts of Larceny of a Motor Vehicle.
