Cambridge Police observed a suspicious male fiddling around with a bicycle on Mass. Ave in Central Square. Upon further investigation, Christopher Koch, 41, 131 Old Post Road in Centerville, was placed under arrest for three outstanding warrants out of Roxbury District Court (Larceny Under $1,200, Trespassing and Distributing a Class E Drug).

WASHINGTON ST
Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Humberto Santiago, 52, 67 Lash Street in Chelsea, on two warrants issued out of the Chelsea District Court charging him with Larceny Under $1,200, Receiving Stolen Property Under $1,200, Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle and numerous motor vehicle violations. In addition to the warrants, Santiago was also charged with Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign.

Units responded to a past hit and run with property damage at approximately 11:15 p.m. It was determined that two parked vehicles had been damaged. The collision was observed by the caller and the operator of the vehicle fled the scene.
