Cambridge Police observed a vehicle make an illegal left hand turn at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Prospect Street. Further investigation revealed the operator had a suspended license. An East Watertown resident is being summonsed for Improper Turn and Operating a Motor Vehicle With a Suspended License.

Cambridge Police observed a motor vehicle operating on Inman Street without its headlights on, while it was raining outside. A query of the vehicle's registration revealed that the registered owner had an active arrest warrant and that he did not have a valid driver's license. Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop and placed the owner/operator under arrest. William Sagastume, 36, 89 Chestnut Street in Chelsea, is being charged with Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Lights Violation in addition to his warrant out of Lynn District Court for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Stop/Yield.

Ebony Agnew, 42, 5 Washington Street in Reading, was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery with Aggravation Factors (pregnant person) and Trespassing. Agnew was arrested after she threw a plastic french fry serving basket at a pregnant employee at a local restaurant, striking the employee in the chest. Agnew's assault on the pregnant employee occurred after Agnew was previously removed and advised she isn't welcome back to the restaurant.

A Boston resident came to the station to report he was struck by a motor vehicle, while bicycling on Education Way. The suspect refused to give the info and fled the scene. The reporting party stated that he was not injured and his bicycle was not damaged.

Cambridge Police were dispatched to the corner of Webster Street and Plymouth Street on the report of an argument between two males and a female. One caller stated that they may have heard a gunshot. After speaking with a number of residence who were outside in that vicinity no one else reported hearing anything but arguing. A canvas of the area was conducted during daytime and there was no evidence of possible gunshot activity.

Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue for a reported hit and run with property damage crash that had just occurred. Upon arrival, Cambridge Police discovered that a motor vehicle had crashed into and damaged three legally parked motor vehicles. The operator was located nearby the scene of the crash. As a result of this call for service, Taylor Barnes, 29, 39 Hayes Street in Cambridge was placed under arrest for a single count of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Liquor.

Cambridge Police summonsed a Brookline resident following a motor vehicle stop on Pearl Street. She was stopped for displaying an expired vehicle registration sticker on her rear license plate. A query of her vehicle registration revealed a status of 'REVOKED'. Officers also observed that her vehicle did not have a current inspection sticker. As a result, she will be summonsed for Registration Suspended / Revoked and Operating a Motor Vehicle With No Inspection Sticker.
