A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report that he was the victim of an armed robbery by handgun on 12/7/19 near Central Square (street unknown). He was forced to hand over his wallet and the suspect threw it back after nothing was located inside.

ESSEX ST
Cambridge Police observed an occupied motor vehicle bearing a Massachusetts license plate stopped on a crosswalk at the intersection of Harvard Street and Essex Street. A query of the license plate revealed the registration was revoked for having no insurance. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and the operator was summonsed for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance and Stopping in a Crosswalk. The car was towed and the operator continued on without further incident.

Cambridge Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in front of Massachusetts Avenue for a vehicle that was revoked for insurance. Further investigation revealed the operator -- Katazza Kiguli, 33, 12 East Street in Dorchester, had a Suspended Driver’s License, driving-related warrants out of eight district courts, and had also attached license plates onto the motor vehicle he was operating. Kiguli was placed into custody for 8 warrants and charged with the following crimes: Operating a Motor Vehicle After a Suspended License, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Attaching Plates, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Registration Not In Possession, and License Not In Possession.

JFK ST
Eric Dalton, 42, 15 Ainsley Street in Dorchester, was arrested on warrants as well as shoplifting by asportation and possession of Class E drugs. Dalton was arrested after it was discovered that he had a warrant for possession of Class E drugs with intent to distribute. It was also discovered that Dalton was in possession of various stolen items he had concealed on his person after leaving a pharmacy and was also in possession of numerous loose pills. He did not possess the prescription for the pills.

An employee of a restaurant located at JFK Street reports that his bag was moved and when located, he noticed that items were missing.
