On 12/20/2019, Cambridge Police responded to the Lafayette Square area on a report of a stolen vehicle. It was learned that a private tow contractor had mistaken the involved vehicle for one that they were hired to tow. The vehicle was re-united with its owner and a report was taken to document the incident.

On 12/20/2019, Cambridge Police responded to a panic alarm at a residence located on Fresh Pond Parkway. After investigation it was determined that an individual forced entry to the residence, but nothing was missing.

On 12/20/2019, Cambridge Police Officers responded to a Mass Ave business for a report of a shoplifting. Upon arrival, officers encountered Anthony Quinones, 38, homeless of Hyde Park, who was actively in the process of concealing merchandise under his sweatshirt. Upon further investigation, Quinones was found to have three outstanding warrants out of Brookline District Court for Shoplifting by Asportation, Cambnrdge District Court for two counts of Larceny Under $1200, and Boston District Court for Entering a Dwelling at Night for a Felony, Larceny From a Building, and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle. As a result Quinones was placed under arrest for his three active warrants and Shoplifting.

On 12/21/2019 at approximately 1:40 p.m., Alexander Green, 22, of 252 Powderhouse Boulevard, Somerville, was arrested on a warrant out of Somerville District Court for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer.

On 12/21/2019, Cambridge Police officers were dispatched to the area of Mass Ave on a report of a party with a knife. Officers on scene learned that an argument had started between two males. One male, identified as Kenneth Thomas 64, of 497 Somerville Ave, Somerville, pulled out a knife and made statements to the victim that he would stab him. Thomas was found to have a pocket knife which matched the description given by the victim in his right front pocket. Numerous witnesses observed the knife in the hand of Thomas and heard statements made to do bodily harm to the victim. Thomas was placed under arrest for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon to wit a Knife.

The reporting party reported that her motor vehicle was struck and damaged by another motor vehicle when it attempted to merge into her lane of traffic onto Brookline Street.

On 12/22/2019 at approximately 1:29 a.m., Cambridge Police officers responded to the area of Broadway and Hancock Street for a report of a motor vehicle that struck multiple parked cars and left the area. Officers were able to locate the suspect's vehicle and after performing field sobriety tests, the operator, identified as David Adokwei, 22, of 4 Fall Royal Crest Drive, North Andover, was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor and Leaving the Scene of Property Damage.

Further investigation revealed the operator also had a warrant out of Somerville District Court for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended or Revoked Registration and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Due to these facts, Altagracia Saint-Hilaire, 59, of 130 Cambridgepark Drive, Cambridge was placed under arrest.
