An Everett resident was summonsed for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle after being involved in a crash and subsequently was observed sitting on the driver’s side while the motor engine was running.

LAND BLVD
Police stopped a gray motor vehicle after it was observed by officer's driving recklessly, making multiple marked lane violations and almost caused another vehicle to crash while in traffic on a public way in the City of Cambridge. A Revere resident was summonsed for the violations.

Cambridge Police was conducting traffic enforcement at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue at Prospect Street. When a motor vehicle was observed going through the red light at this intersection, Officers stopped the motor vehicle and it was discovered that the vehicle’s registration was suspended. The vehicle was towed and the owner was summoned to court for Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Officers responded to the loss prevention office where a shoplifter was being held. The defendant was observed randomly taking items from the Adidas display section of the store, loss prevention observed the male enter a changing room with the mechanize defendant selected. Loss prevention cleared out the changing room before the defendant entered a short time later the defendant exited the changing room with just his back pack. Loss prevention checked the dressing room there were no item left behind. The defendant exited the last point of sale and made no attempt to pay for any items. The defendant was brought back to loss prevention, his bag was searched and there in his possession was the items selected by the defendant which totaled $260. The defendant was placed under arrest for shoplifting.

Marc Jacobs, 33, Randolph, was arrested for shoplifting by asportation as well as warrants. Jacobs was arrested for shoplifting after he was observed by loss prevention concealing $804.31 worth of merchandise in a duffel bag before leaving the store. Upon identifying Jacobs, it was discovered that he had two warrants. The first warrant was out of Boston District Court for a False Fire Alarm and Malicious Destruction of Property $+1200. The second warrant was out of Brookline District Court for Shoplifting By Concealing.

Joseph Dubon, 23, 20 Normandy Road in Chelsea, was placed under arrest at a department store on Cambridgeside Place. Dubon was stopped by Loss Prevention employees after attempting to steal merchandise from the store. A query on Dubon revealed a warrant out of Brighton District Court for Receiving Stolen Property -$1,200 and Larceny of a Credit Card.
