A Somerville resident was summonsed for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle at the intersection of Rindge Avenue and Cedar Street. She was observed accelerating at a high rate of speed after stopping at a stop sign on Rindge Avenue. When she was stopped, she admitted to knowing her license was expired since July 2019 and she stated that her car was unregistered since October 2019.

Nicholas Minichiello, 40, homeless, was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property over $1,200 and Possession of Class A Drugs. Minichiello was charged after he was stopped by officers in Central Square with a bicycle that was believed to be stolen. After officers confirmed the bicycle was stolen, Minichiello was arrested. When Minichiello was searched at the Cambridge Police Station, he was found to be in possession of a Class A drug.
