Kelly Carey, 32, 933 Quincy Shore Drive in Quincy, was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property

(-$1,200). Carey was arrested after an officer observed Carey in possession of what was believed to be a stolen bicycle. After the bicycle was confirmed stolen, Carey was placed under arrest.

Cambridge Police responded to Appian Way and Brattle Street for a report of an individual assaulting a Cambridge Parking Control Officer. A Brockton resident was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for Assault and Battery of a Public Employee, Threat to Commit a Crime and Mutilation of a Parking Ticket after striking a Parking Control Officer in the face, shoving a parking ticket down his jacket, and threatening him.
