02/09/2020 17:30 INCIDENT 20000971 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV C90 S10	BRATTLE ST A Medford resident was summonsed for Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle on a public way directed motor vehicle enforcement in Harvard Square.
02/09/2020 17:31 ARREST 20000970 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	GREEN ST Cambridge Police were dispatched to Green Street and Sellers Street for the report of a loud argument. Upon arrival, Officers identified both parties. It was found that one of the parties -- Noah Silverman, 35, 112 North Hampton Street in Boston, had a warrant out of Somerville District Court for Larceny from a Building.

02/09/2020 18:25 INCIDENT 20000973 TRESPASS C266 S120	HAMPSHIRE ST Cambridge Police responded to Hampshire Street where two individuals were escorted out of the building after they were found trespassing.
02/09/2020 18:42 INCIDENT 20000974 *MOPED VIOLATION C90 S1B**	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A resident of Cambridge was summonsed for Moped Red Light Violation, Unlicensed Operation of a Moped, and Moped No Registration Sticker after he was observed traveling through a solid red light on a moped on a public way in the City of Cambridge. He subsequently was found to have no active Massachusetts Driver’s License or Learner’s Permit and the moped he was operating did not bear a registration sticker.

02/08/2020 00:44 INCIDENT 20000941 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J	BROADWAY Cambridge Police observed a vehicle whose registration was revoked for insurance purposes. Due to this, a Cambridge resident is being summonsed for the following crime Uninsured Motor Vehicle.

02/08/2020 10:23 INCIDENT 20000947 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1)	CONCORD AVE A Boston resident came to the police station to file a larceny report on behalf of his aunt who lives at an assisted living facility in Cambridge. He reports that since last year, unknown person(s) have stolen numerous items of clothing from his aunt.

02/08/2020 14:08 INCIDENT 20000949 BURGLARY, UNARMED C266 S15	AUBURN PK A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report repeated instances of burglary at her residence. She believes that someone has a key to her apartment. She reports that many items have been stolen.

02/08/2020 16:53 INCIDENT 20000955 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police observed a vehicle who was parked in the bicycle lane and whose registration was revoked for insurance purposes. Due to this, a Malden resident was summonsed for Uninsured Motor Vehicle and blocking the bicycle lane.

02/07/2020 00:19 INCIDENT 20000903 ASSAULT W/DANGEROUS WEAPON C265 S15B	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Michael Medeiros, 38, 259 Main Street in Pelham, NH, was arrested by the Cambridge Police after he swung a wooden stake at the face of another individual causing serious bodily harm. Medeiros was charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.

02/07/2020 02:04 INCIDENT 20000906 LARCENY FROM PERSON C266 S25	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police Department responded to Mass Ave for a larceny report. The victim had been approached by two Hispanic men and after shaking hands with them, noticed his phone was gone and believed he was pick pocketed.

02/07/2020 09:12 ARREST 20000908 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	STATE ST Cambridge Police and Special Agents with the ATF arrested Exequiel Netzahualt, 25, 269 Broadway in Cambridge, on a federal warrant for federal charges of Dealing Firearms without a License and Distribution of Cocaine Base.
02/07/2020 10:08 INCIDENT 20000910 OUI-LIQUOR C90 S24	BRATTLE ST Pema Tenzin, 22, 84 Alexander Avenue in Medford, was arrested on a public way in Harvard Square after witnesses observed him operating a motor vehicle erratically the wrong way down several roadways before coming to a stop. After an investigation revealed that he was under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and that he was unlicensed to operate a motor vehicle, he was placed under arrest for those offenses in addition to improper operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
02/07/2020 10:21 INCIDENT 20000912 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	MT AUBURN ST An attempted break was reported by an employee of a gas station at Mt. Auburn Street. The person did break the window to the garage, but could not gain entrance. After the alarm sounded, the suspect went down Aberdeen Avenue.

02/07/2020 12:32 INCIDENT 20000920 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A resident of Boston was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle on a public way for revoked insurance of his motor vehicle. Their insurance was discovered during a traffic stop for parking/standing in a marked bike lane.

02/07/2020 17:42 INCIDENT 20000929 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1)	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A resident reported a past larceny of a backpack. A police report was taken.
02/07/2020 17:54 TRAFFIC 20000930 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to the intersection of Rindge Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle crash where a pedestrian was hit. As a result, one person was transported to a local hospital for a leg injury.

02/07/2020 19:47 INCIDENT 20000934 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION C266 S30A	SOMERVILLE AVE Cambridge Police Department responded to Somerville Avenue for a report of a shoplifting. Enrique Santos, 49, 112 South Hampton Street in Boston, fled the store with merchandise but was stopped by Cambridge Police around Mass Ave. A loss prevention employee positively identified Santos as the individual who had shoplifted, and he was subsequently arrested for Shoplifting by Asportation.

02/07/2020 21:56 INCIDENT 20000938 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE C90 S24	APPLETON ST Cambridge Police responded to the area of Appleton Street for a hit and run report that occurred in Harvard Square area.
02/07/2020 22:02 INCIDENT 20000939 OUI-LIQUOR C90 S24	SHERMAN ST Cambridge Police arrested Anna Rosen, 35, 19 Central Street in Somerville, for OUI-Liquor. Police were called to the intersection of Walden Street and Sherman Street for a report of a 2-3 car motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, Officers found Rosen sitting in the driver's seat of her vehicle with the engine running. It was discovered that Rosen had crashed her vehicle into a parked vehicle on Sherman Street. Rosen was observed by officers to have slurred speech, glossy eyes, smelled moderately of an alcoholic beverage and stumbled numerous times while walking and standing. Rosen informed officers that she had 2-3 glasses of wine this night prior to driving. Rosen submitted to a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and performed poorly during each test. At the station Rosen consented to submit to the chemical test to determine her BAC. Rosen subsequently registered a BAC of .256.
