A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report a hit and run crash occurred to his motor vehicle overnight as it was parked in the lot next to his building.

Cambridge Police documented a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. The operator of the motor vehicle was issued a citation as a result of the crash. The pedestrian refused medical attention on-scene.

The Cambridge Police Explosive Ordnance Disposal/K9 Unit responded to the 200 block of Broadway Street for the report of a large yellow bag left in the back yard of a residence. The reporting party also observed via a security camera two males run through their back yard the night before. The bag contained empty beer cans.

Jonas Moses-Gilson, 30, 110 South Hampton Street in Boston, was placed under arrest at Massachusetts Avenue on two warrants (one issued out of the Waltham District Court charging him with Larceny Over $1200 and one issued out of the Cambridge District Court charging him with Shoplifting Over $250.

Officers were dispatched to Mass. Ave. for a report of a past assault. Upon arrival, Officers spoke to a female employee who stated that while walking down Mass. Ave. with a coworker, a male grabbed her arm in front of a bakery. The victim reported seeing the suspect before in Harvard Square and that she believed he was homeless and possibly intoxicated.

A resident of Boston was summonsed for assault by means with a dangerous weapon. The victim -- who positively identified the suspect – stated that the suspect threatened to shoot her with a gun when she was walking by Massachusetts Avenue and Bow Street. The suspect was stopped by Officers and searched and no weapons were found on him or in the area.
