Begin voluntarily submitted to roadside assessments in order to determine if she could safely drive. During the assessments, Begin showed signs of impairment that would limit her ability to operate a motor vehicle. Begin was then informed that she was being placed under arrest for OUI Drugs. A subsequent inventory of Begin's motor vehicle yielded a quantity of prescription drugs, marijuana and paraphernalia. As a result, Begin was arrested and is being charged with the following: OUI Drugs, Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Unsafe Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Class B Drug, Possession of a Class E Drug, and No Inspection Sticker.
