DISORDERLY CONDUCT C272 S53

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Joel Valcin, 31, 110 Harvard Street in Cambridge, was arrested in front of a bar after being observed fighting in the middle of Mass Ave. After attempting to take Valcin into custody, he tried pushing and pulling away from an Officer. While this was occurring, a large, unruly crowd had formed around the Officer and they tried pulling the suspect away from his grasp in an attempt to free him. A large rock was also thrown at arresting officers. Once back up units arrived, the arresting officers were able to handcuff the suspect. It should be noted that the crowd was estimated to be around 100 plus people.

Edwin Aponte-Torres, 37, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Trespassing after Notice, Disorderly Conduct and a warrant out of Boston District Court for Disorderly Conduct. Aponte-Torres was arrested after he entered a business that he had previously been trespassed from.
