CONCORD AVE
Cambridge Police responded with Cambridge Fire for a report of motor vehicle crash with no personal injury at the intersection of Concord Avenue and Spinelli Place. After Cambridge Police arrived on scene and spoke with both parties involved in the crash, one party involved in the crash mentioned that he started to feel discomfort in his neck and back from being hit from the rear of his vehicle. Both parties exchanged proper paperwork and both were advised that a police and crash report would be generated for this incident.

Officers observed a Nissan Sentra with a failed safety inspection from 2018 and a front plate inside the passenger compartment at the intersection of Mass. Ave and Rindge Ave. The vehicle was stopped and a driver from Northborough was identified as the operator. He did not possess a Massachusetts license and his right to operate in the Commonwealth is not eligible for licensing. He was cited and summoned for the violations of no inspection sticker, improper display of front plate and operating unlicensed.

Miguel Francis, 31, 43 Coolidge Hill Road in Watertown, was arrested for a warrant out of Boston District Court after he parked his motor vehicle obstructing a bicycle lane in front of Massachusetts Avenue. Francis was also cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Failure to Change and Update Address with the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

Cambridge Police responded to a Massachusetts Avenue bar for a report of an unwanted female party that had been previously trespassed from the establishment. As a result of this call for service, Nicole Delgado, 39, 479 Concord Avenue in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Trespassing after Notice, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon (shod foot) and Resisting Arrest.

After Cambridge Police received a call for a disturbance inside of a Central Square business -- where a male was trying to fight with staff -- Edwin Torres, 37, homeless, was placed under arrest after he was observed by officers trespassing. One of the female employees had been walking towards the bathroom area to clean, when she observed Torres actively urinating with his penis exposed, which caused her to be shocked and alarmed. Torres has been charged with Trespassing After Notice and Open and Gross Lewdness.
