Cambridge Police and Fire units responded to Huron Ave at Upland St for an unattended/ suspicious bag. The bag was cleared by a bomb tech with a K-9 and removed from the area for disposal.

Cambridge Police responded to a Western Avenue restaurant for a report of fraudulent credit card activity.

A&B ON POLICE OFFICER C265 S13D

WHITE ST
Cambridge Police arrested a Boston resident for larceny under $1200, Assault & Battery on a Police Officer and Resisting Arrest. Staff inside a Porter Square pharmacy contacted police after observing this individual conceal $543.79 of merchandise. The individual then physically assaulted a responding officer and later resisted attempts to place him under arrest. Stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to the store.

Two Boston residents were summonsed for shoplifting after staff at a Porter Square Pharmacy observed them attempting to leave the store without paying for $131.38 of merchandise.
