Officers received a call from a Cambridge resident of Newtowne Court who reported that between the dates of 05/06/2020 and 05/07/2020 an unknown person threw a pad lock through her passenger side window of her motor vehicle while it was parked on Main Street.

A 19-year-old Cambridge man was charged with Breaking and Entering in the Day with intent to commit a Misdemeanor and Trespassing after he was located inside a vacant Dover Street residence without authorization.

INMAN ST
Officers received a call from a Cambridge resident of Inman Street that they received an e-mail from a retirement plan asking for their personal information along with other family members. The reporting person provided all the information that was asked, but the reporting person is worried that the information she provided may be used unlawfully.

Officers spoke with the victim, who said during a chat room conversation she was following, a pop-up ad came up for purchases of books for $1. The resident reports that when they checked their account on 05/07/2020, a charge of $39.95 was made without her consent.

Officers received a call from a Cambridge resident who states that she parked her motor vehicle on Putnam Ave, an unknown person broke into her SUV, and removed several items from inside her SUV. She also informed me that her son's motor vehicle was also broken into one item was taken from his motor vehicle.

A Cambridge resident reported a past aggravated assault. The victim was subsequently transported via ambulance to a local area hospital for treatment.
