Units responded to Mass Ave. for a report of a breaking and entering in progress at approximately 4:30 a.m. It was determined that a larceny of package deliveries occurred, and suspects fled the building prior to police arrival.

Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue on a report of a two car motor vehicle crash. One of the operators, a resident of Somerville, was found to have been operating with a suspended Massachusetts Driver's License. They will be summonsed to court for Operating after License Suspension and Unsafe Lane Change.

An Oklahoma resident was defrauded out of $1,900. She had arranged to lease an apartment on Harvard Street on April 26, 2020. Once the deposit was sent, she lost all contact with the suspect who had arranged the lease.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
Cambridge Police responded to the area of Alewife Brook Parkway and Concord Avenue for a report of a man with a knife. On scene, Officers stopped a Somerville man walking in the middle of the street. He had a small pocket knife in his hand. After an investigation, the resident was found to be in possession of two baggies containing Class A narcotics. He was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for Possession of a Class A Substance.
