Police responded to a Cambridge St. business for a report of an altercation between an employee and customer. The employee reported the customer had thrown a trash can at him and threatened him after being asked to leave.

WHITE ST
The manager of a Porter Sq. business reported that a person known to him stole items from inside the store. Once he confronted this person, the shoplifter threatened to strike the manager with the item that he was stealing. This person then left the store without incident and fled on a bus towards Inman Square.

BROOKLINE ST
Police responded to Massachusetts Ave and Brookline St. on a report of a bicycle crash. It was determined that the cyclist fell when crossing a street against a “Do Not Walk” sign. The cyclist was medically evaluated on-scene and declined further treatment.
