Shannon O'Malley, 46, homeless, was arrested on Sellers Street and charged with Possession of a Class B Substance - Crack Cocaine. An officer on patrol observed a group of individuals acting suspiciously in a stairwell and they appeared to be engaged in drug activity and also drinking in a public area. A subsequent search of O'Malley's revealed two crack pipes and two baggies of suspected crack cocaine.
