Allegedly, the individual swindled the business in the past. The store manager requested the individual to be identified.

An officer on patrol observed a group of individuals acting suspiciously in a stairwell and they appeared to be engaged in drug activity and also drinking in a public area. A subsequent search of O'Malley's revealed two crack pipes and two baggies of suspected crack cocaine.
