The victim states she received a letter from a bank informing her of the newly opened account. The victim states she did not open this new account with this bank.

A resident of Cambridge states an unknown suspect called her cell phone claiming to be investigating an open criminal case against her. The suspect stated the US Marshals were involved in the investigation and she needed to provide her social security number and date of birth. The victim provided this suspect with the requested information and the call was ended.

Cambridge Police responded to a report of a male slashing tires in a parking lot in Memorial Drive. As a result of this call, Shawn Cook, 42, homeless, was placed under arrest and charged with Malicious Destruction to a Motor Vehicle after being observed by the reporting party slashing tires and positively identified by the victim and reporting party.

Cambridge Police arrested Thomas Bavis, 50, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, for Aggravated Assault and Battery of a Person 60 Years or Older after Bavis pushed a women over 60 years old to the ground following a verbal altercation.
