A homeless male was summonsed to court for violation of destruction of property under $1200 after Officers responded to a store for a report of a disturbance. Upon speaking to the victim, who identified the suspect and a further investigation, it was determined that the suspect threw a rock and caused property damage by breaking a window to the victim's apartment.

The Cambridge Police Criminal Investigation Section conducted an investigation for bicycle thefts and arrested Nicholas Minichiello, 41, homeless, for warrants out of Waltham (Larceny over $1,200 and Trespassing), Charlestown (Breaking and Entering Daytime for Felony, Larceny from a Building and Possession of a Burglarious Instrument), Boston (Breaking and Entering for Felony and Larceny from a Building), Brighton (Breaking and Entering for Felony and Larceny from a Building) and Cambridge (Larceny over $1,200, Breaking and Entering Nighttime for Felony, Defacing Property, Attempting to Commit a Crime, and Wanton Destruction of Property) District Courts.

Justin Clark, 27, homeless, was arrested at Green Street and Magazine Street on charges stemming from an incident that occurred on 10/16/2020, where he shoplifted a number of items from and caused damaged to the front door of a pharmacy at Massachusetts Avenue. Clark fled the area at that time and stole a bicycle from a driveway at Franklin Street. Clark was not located that day. An officer on patrol in Central Square today recognized Clark as being the suspect involved in the incident on Friday and placed him under arrest on charges of Shoplifting by Asportation, Vandalizing Property, Larceny Under $1200 and Resisting Arrest.
