The operator of the vehicle was issued a citation and the bicyclist was transported to a local hospital with injuries.

When confronted, he attempted to physically attack the staff. Albert was arrested and subsequently found to have a warrant out of Quincy District Court.

The incident occurred yesterday at 4:30 p.m. while they were outside of a restaurant located at Massachusetts Avenue. The suspect made loud comments about knowing where the victim lived and worked.

C266 S30A	JFK ST Cambridge Police responded to a pharmacy at Harvard Square for a report of shoplifting and assault in progress. Manuel Peters, 56, 39 Boylston Street in Boston, was arrested for Shoplifting, Assault and Battery 60+, and warrants out of Boston and Roxbury District Courts.
10/23/202008:11 ARREST 20007284-1 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police Officers placed Cordea Hayes, 33, homeless, under arrest on a warrant after locating her at Massachusetts Ave out front of the Central Square Police substation. The charges listed on the warrant were Larceny Under $1200 and Trespassing out of Boston District Court.
