A Cambridge resident called CPD Teleserve to report a disturbing run in he had with a neighbor on Saturday. He was brushing leaves off of his car when a neighbor walked by who's dog was off the leash and who was not wearing a mask. The man saw a patch on his jacket which seemed to set him off. The man started shouting obscenities and insults aimed at the RP and continued walking away.

A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON, AGGRAVATED C265 S15A(C)

MIDDLESEX ST
ECC dispatched CPD units to Middlesex Street on a report of a male in the rear of the property possibly attempting to break into the residence. Officers arrived on scene and located Carmen Polito, 38, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, who stated he was visiting a friend at this location, who he only knew by first name. Officers attempted to locate the owner of the home and the rear door was open, but no person responded to multiple attempts at knocking and ringing the bell of residence. Officers conducted a pat frisk for weapons on Polito and discovered three knives. While attempting to confirm the story, officers learned Polito had warrants out of Lowell District Court for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault and Battery on a Correctional Officer. Polito immediately began to fight with officers, resisted arrest and was handcuffed. Polito was charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon to wit shod foot on a police officer, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Carrying a Dangerous Weapon and the three warrants.

Jeffrey Cetoute, 34, 687 Lincoln Road in Oakham, Mass., was placed under arrest for Possession With Intent to Distribute Class A (Fentanyl) after a search warrant was executed at Willow Street and on his motor vehicle, described as a 2020 black Mercedes Benz. Found in Cetoute’s motor vehicle was $646 in U.S. Currency, a box of sandwich bags, and a white powdered substance contained in a bottle believed to be Fentanyl. Also seized as evidence was Cetoute’s iPhone and a set of house keys to Willow Street.

Milo DeJong, 22, 18 Clarendon Avenue in Cambridge, was arrested for OUI Drugs, Operating After Suspension, Possession of Class B, Possession of Class C, Possession of Class E, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class C, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class E, and Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle. DeJong was observed under the influence and asleep behind the wheel of a motor vehicle that was partially on the sidewalk of a public way in the City of Cambridge. DeJong was also in possession of several narcotics, as well as drug paraphernalia, including a scale and large amount of pills.
