NEGLIGENT OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S24

VASSAR ST
Cambridge Police officers were on routine patrol in the area of Central Square and observed a Nissan Altima operating in a negligent fashion. Officers attempted to make a traffic stop at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Sydney Street, but the male party refused to stop his motor vehicle. The suspect was eventually pulled over in front of Vassar Street. As a result of the stop and brief investigation, Donyell Skinner, 42, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was taken into custody for multiple motor vehicle offenses including, Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Failure to Stop for Police, Drinking from Open Container of Alcohol in Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Stop at a Red Light.
