A Cambridge resident called CPD Teleserve to report a past breaking and entering to his vehicle. An unknown person(s) smashed both the driver's side vent window and the window above the tailgate. The car was parked under his building and the resident stated that there are security cameras in place.

As the parties involved were being escorted from the premises, Jamie Nucci, 48, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, without provocation, kicked a victim in the back of the left knee with a shod foot. He was charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault and Battery.

The suspect also applied for a credit card with Bluebird Visa in his name. The victim received the card at home before any fraudulent purchases were made.
