A resident of Wilmington states he is currently working a rehabilitation project for an apartment building that is located on Fawcett Street in Cambridge. The reporting person states that tools were stolen from a locked area in which he usually keeps his tools. An unknown person(s) gained entry into that locked room and stole a large amount of his tools from that room. The RP states the theft occurred sometime between 2/12/2021 3:00PM and 2/16/2021 9:00AM. He states the stolen tools have a value of $9,000.
