As a result, Brian Jennings, 31, 15 River Road in Somerville, was placed under arrest for Operating under the Influence of Drugs after operating a motor vehicle on a public way maintained by the City of Cambridge while under the influence of narcotics, negligent operation of a motor vehicle on a public way maintained by the City of Cambridge, which endangered the safety of the public by causing a collision with another motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license.
