Heath Irion, 30, homeless, was subsequently arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct after causing a disturbance by exhibiting tumultuous behavior by screaming and yelling which caused a crowd to gather, others walking through the immediate area to flee in alarm and other members of the public to be annoyed by his behavior.
