Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop at Massachusetts Avenue and Prospect Street. At some point during this interaction, the operator (Danny Suggs, 50, 64 Lincoln Way in Cambridge) attempted to flee the motor vehicle stop after realizing his moped would be towed. At this time, Officers grabbed Suggs and removed him from the moped. He was placed under arrest for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Moped Violation and Failure to Stop for Police.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
ECC dispatched CPD to the area of the Porter Square MBTA for reports of a male stealing tires off of bicycles. Matthew Anderson, 38, 780 Albany Street in Boston, was observed on scene hunched over a bicycle with a wrench tightening a tire. It was revealed Anderson had two warrants out of Boston District Court and Westborough District Court for Forgery of a Check, Uttering a False Check, Attempting to Commit a Crime, Trespassing, Wanton Destruction of Property $1,200, Possession of a Class E Drug, Resisting Arrest, Furnishing a False ID to Law Enforcement, and Assault and Battery on Ambulance Personnel. He was arrested on scene.
