Alain Theodat, 21, 343 Walden Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest, without incident, by members of the Cambridge Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police on an outstanding warrant out of Plymouth Superior Court for Armed and Masked Robbery, and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.

A Cambridge resident reported the theft of a bicycle on June 15, 2021 at approximately 8:20 a.m. His 2021 Specialized Diverge bicycle was stolen off of the front porch of his residence at approximately 3:30 a.m. today. The bike is bright orange with black lettering and wide tires. The bike was valued at $1300.

A Kirkland Street resident reported the theft of a package on June 15, 2021 at approximately 8:55 a.m. The postal service confirmed delivery of an item to his home on June 4, 2021. The victim stated he never received the item.

Fernandito Vazquez, 50, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was arrested at Harvard Street and Windsor Street on a warrant issued out of the Cambridge District Court charging him with Unarmed Robbery.

An Ellsworth Avenue resident reported an attempted break-in to a home on June 15, 2021 at approximately 10:33 a.m. Residents were awakened at 8 a.m. by a male suspect trying to open their front door with a key. The homeowner confronted the suspect, who had likely taken a set of keys from a garage. The suspect fled with the set of keys still in his possession.

A Cambridge resident reported being defrauded. June 9, 2021 a male posing as a Norton Life-Lock agent persuaded the victim into letting him commandeer a computer. He then obtained credit card information. The victim later purchased gift cards in the amount of $3700 to "correct" the alleged problems with the accounts.

BROOKLINE ST
Tyquan Pooler, 41, 359 Green Street in Cambridge, and Nicholas Minichiello, 42, homeless out of Cambridge, were arrested following a bike theft investigation with the Watertown Police Department. Pooler was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property -$1,200 and warrants out of Brookline District Court for Shoplifting by Asportation and Trespassing. Minichiello was arrested for 15 larceny-related warrants out of Boston District Court, Waltham District Court and Cambridge District Court.
