Police, Fire, and Pro Ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Cambridge Street and Harding Street. Three motor vehicles were involved in the crash and two involved individuals were transported to the hospital.

WINTER ST
Cambridge Police responded to the area of Winter Street for the report of a larceny in progress. Upon officers arrival, the reporting party gave a description of the suspect that was taking packages off porches on Winter Street. While approaching Third Street, Officers spotted a party that matched the description the reporting party gave riding a bicycle towards Otis Street. The individual was identified as Corey Rapoza, 39, 112 South Hampton Street in Boston. Rapoza had a warrant for breaking and entering a vehicle/boat nighttime for felony, larceny over $1200, and vandalizing property out of New Bedford District. Rapoza was subsequently taken into custody for his warrants along with larceny from a building.

A Cambridge resident came to the Central Square Police Substation to report being scammed. She had received a brochure for a European Sweepstakes and was told she would have to wire funds before claiming her winnings. It was a short time after that she read up on similar European Sweepstakes that ended up being scams.

An Allston resident reported that on June 20, 2021, while his vehicle was parked on Richdale Avenue, an unknown person(s) entered it and stole computer cords. The victim further reported that the vehicle did not have any visible damage or signs of forced entry.
