The suspect made threats to the victim and her daughter, who was not present at the time. The involved parties have a history regarding harassment and assault.

WARRANT ARREST REPORT

PROSPECT
Cambridge Police Department arrested two suspects on active warrants on Prospect Street. Officers on patrol observed two individuals who appeared to be arguing and one of these persons was seen throwing a large gallon jug into the active roadway. Officers stopped to speak with both persons, who were identified as Ricardo Garcia, 34, and Jennifer Hewitt, 26, homeless out of Boston. Garcia and Hewitt were found to have warrants for their arrest and subsequently were placed into custody. While searching Garcia, a large knife concealed in his waistband was found on his persons, and he was additionally charged with Carrying a Dangerous Weapon.
