Cambridge Police summonsed a Dorchester man for Uninsured Operation of a Motor Vehicle. The driver was initially stopped for Turn Improper after he was observed taking an illegal Left-Hand Turn onto Hampshire Street from Cambridge Street. The vehicle was also missing a Front License Plate.
