Cambridge Police arrested Jack Guardado, 35, 44 Woodbine Street in Quincy, for a charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle after License Suspension and a charge of Restricted Way Violation. Police observed Guardado operating his vehicle the wrong way down Essex Street and then turn onto Massachusetts Avenue. Guardado was stopped a short distance away.

Sean Murphy, 39, 25 Belknap Drive in Andover, was arrested in a Municipal Lot and charged with Possession of a Class B Substance, Possession of a Class C Substance and Possession of a Class E Substance. Also arrested and charged with Possession of a Class A Substance and Possession of a Class B Substance was Raeann Ashley, 45, 7 Temple Street in Cambridge. Officers observed both individuals engaging in suspected drug activity. A search of both individuals revealed fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine and various prescription drugs.

The operator was initially stopped for Failure to Stop at a Red Light and No Front Plate, after she was observed going through a red light at the intersection of Cambridge Street and Third Street. During the traffic stop, it was discovered that the operator had a suspended license.
