Cambridge Police arrested Richard Clemons, 45, Lexington, KY, for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (wall) and Strangulation. Police were initially called to Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a disturbance. The victim reported that a man unknown to him approached him outside of a business and strangled him, without provocation, for 10 seconds. The victim reported that the man also shoved his head into the wall. A man matching the description of the suspect was stopped and identified as Clemons. A show up was conducted with the victim and witness who identified Clemons as his attacker.
