Cambridge Police responded to a Larceny from a Motor Vehicle call on Ellery Street. Justin West, 49, 820 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge was observed on video pulling on vehicle door handles. West was also seen on video entering the victim’s vehicle and looking around the interior with a flashlight. As a result, Justin West was arrested for the following crime: Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle Nighttime for a Felony.
