Cambridge Police placed Michael White 31, 32 Elm Street of Cambridge, under arrest for shoplifting. A Central Square business flagged down police and pointed to White whom was walking away from the business while consuming their merchandise.

Officers responded to a Hampshire Street address for a report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival, officers spoke to both parties involved including a few witnesses to the incident. While on scene, officers learned the two parties involved got into a physical altercation due to miscommunication of stolen property.

Cambridge Police Officers while on routine patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Binney Street, a public way maintained by the City of Cambridge. As a result of the stop a Malden man was issued a Massachusetts Uniform Citation for a criminal application under Operate a Motor Vehicle after License Suspension.
