Police and Fire responded to the area of JFK Street between Mt. Auburn Street and Mass. Ave. for the report of an unattended bag. Upon arrival, the bag was cleared by CPD and determined to be abandoned property.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Cambridge Police, Cambridge Fire, and Professional Ambulance, responded to the intersection of Cambridge Street and Windsor Street for a motor vehicle crash involving a bicyclist. The bicyclist refused medical attention and the operator was cited for failure to yield.

A resident of Somerville was summonsed for having an obscured number plate, attaching wrong plates, having an unregistered motor vehicle, and having an uninsured motor vehicle. The operator was initially stopped when an officer noticed that the license plate on the motorcycle, he was riding was obscured and difficult to read.

A resident of Cambridge was summonsed for having an unlicensed and uninsured motor vehicle on a public way. The status of her vehicle was discovered after the person operating her vehicle was stopped for an unrelated traffic violation.

GARDEN ST
Thomas Prado, 39, 41 Linnaean Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest by Cambridge Police for Open and Gross. Prado was positively identified by the victim who observed him openly expose his genitals to her while standing beside a tree. The victim stated that at no time did Prado attempt to hide behind the tree to cover himself but rather openly exposed himself numerous times to her. Prado was quickly found by Cambridge Police Officers not far from where the incident occurred.

An employee at a Mt. Auburn Street business reported that he witnessed a suspect steal a yellow road bike from the bike racks in the rear of that location. The suspect fled through the parking lot towards Blanchard Ave.

Cambridge Police responded to the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Beech Street for a reported assault in progress. The two involved individuals were identified and sent on their way.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police placed Carlton Albert, 58, 39 Folston Street in Boston, under arrest for having a warrant out of South Boston District Court. Albert is also being charged with trespassing from a local business in Central Square and shoplifting as he was found to have their merchandise on his person when stopped by police.

Cambridge Police responded to Prescott Street for a hit and run that had just occurred. Officers who responded to the scene located the operator and vehicle that left the scene. Ultimately, a Somerville resident is being summons for Registration not in Possession and Leaving the Scene After Property Damage.
