A resident of Brighton states an unknown suspect stole his bicycle from where he secured it on Harvard Street in Cambridge. The resident states on 10/20/2021 at 6 p.m., he locked his bicycle to a street sign on Harvard Street and noticed it was stolen from that location on 10/21/2021 at 9:15 a.m. The bike is worth $300.

An Officer observed a green Toyota Prius operating on Third Street fail to stop at a four-way stop sign; the operator of the Toyota had a cell phone in his hand up to his face and looking at the screen. The driver – Ricardo Vas, 37, 52 Greendale in Everett – was arrested after it was determined he had a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License. He was also charged with Failure to Stop and Sending/Reading an Electronic Message.
