Cambridge Police responded to the intersection of Hampshire and Prospect for an report of a person operating a forklift in a reckless manner down Prospect Street. After an investigation, Elissa Haley, 35, 26 Merriam Street in Somerville, was placed into custody and charged with OUI Drugs, Wanton Destruction of Property +$1200 and Use Without Authority, Receive Stolen Property +$1200, Operating a Motor Vehicle with License Suspended/Revoked.

Cambridge Police responded to the corner of Walden Street and Sherman Street for report of a driver asleep behind the wheel of a motor vehicle. As a result, Oscar Zamora, 30, 399 Broadway in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for OUI-Liquor and Suspended Registration. Officers observed Zamora hunched over the wheel of a running motor vehicle at the corner of Walden Street and Sherman Street.

Cambridge Police Units were dispatched to Harvard Street on the report that a person had just been assaulted. On arrival, the victim stated that his friend attacked him for no reason. Kenny David, 36, 39 Boyleston Street in Boston, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Strangulation. David also had outstanding warrants at the time of his arrest.
