WARRANT ARREST REPORT

HARVARD ST
Vincent Kelley, 61, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was arrested on Harvard Street at Inman Street and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and two Moped Violations. Kelley also had warrants for his arrest issued out of the Waltham District Court. Kelley was observed operating a moped on a one-way street as well as failing to stop for a stop sign. Once he was stopped, it was determined his license was suspended and he had a warrant.
