BOND ST
Cambridge Police responded to Concord Avenue for a reported motor vehicle striking a pole. Danny Ryan Lannon, 33, 69 Belmont Street in Cambridge, was driving his vehicle on Concord Avenue when he turned onto Bond Street and crashed into a pole. During an investigation, Officer's observed that Lannon had glassy, blood shot eyes and slurred speech. Lannon showed multiple cues that he was under the influence of liquor during the field sobriety tests. It was determined that Lannon was operating a vehicle on a public way while under the influence of liquor. He was placed into custody and charged.

WARRANT ARREST REPORT

SIDNEY ST
Cambridge Police Officers responded to a hotel located at Sidney Street for an unwanted person in a lobby. Officers made several attempts to get the individual to leave the premises willingly after hotel security requested his removal from the grounds due to not being a paying customer. The involved male ultimately refused to leave the hotel grounds. The male became combative with officers and was placed under arrest. As a result of the incident, Curtis Faith, 57,homeless, was taken into custody for Trespassing and Resisting Arrest. While in custody, it was discovered Faith currently had a warrant out of Boston District Court for Disorderly Conduct, Open and Gross Lewdness, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Vandalizing Property and Assault and Battery.

A Cambridge resident called Cambridge Police Teleserve to report a theft from her motor vehicle. Her vehicle was parked on Oxford Street. Items taken were a purse containing Mass License, two credit cards, miscellaneous cards, sunglasses and running gloves. There were no signs of forced entry. The victim cancelled her credit card.

A California resident called Cambridge Police Teleserve to report a hit and run with property damage. His rental vehicle was parked in Central Square, when a vehicle backed into the front passenger side door. A witness provided a plate of the vehicle that caused the damage.

A Cambridge resident called Cambridge Police Teleserve to report a larceny. Sometime between 1/05/2022 at 11 a.m. to 1/6/2022 at 1 p.m., unknown persons stole her prescription medication from the building mail room. The value of her medication is approximately $40.

Cambridge Police officers located a male party on Massachusetts Ave known to have warrants. As a result, James Hook, 54, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for warrants out of Cambridge District Court for Trespassing, Shoplifting by Asportation, Threat to Commit a Crime, Larceny from a Person, Larceny under $1,200, Malicious Destruction of Property -$1,200 and Assault and Battery along with Boston District Court for Possession of a Class B Drug and Assault and Battery.

A Cambridge resident called Cambridge Police Teleserve to report credit card fraud. She received an alert text from her credit card company for separate charges of $265 from a pharmacy and $55 from a Porter Square department store. A victim immediately noticed that her card was missing and cancelled her card.
