OUI-LIQUOR C90 S24

MARKET ST

A resident of Cambridge was arrested by Cambridge Police for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor. A passerby notified Police when they observed a vehicle operating erratically on a public way. In the area of Market St and Windsor St., Cambridge Police located the stationary, running vehicle partially on the sidewalk blocking the crosswalk. At the time Police arrived, Yvio Altidor, 37, 157 Pleasant Street in Cambridge, was leaning out of the driver's side seat with the door open, vomiting onto the floor of the vehicle and the street below. When Police made contact, a heavy odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected on Altidor's breath, his eyes were glassy, and he was slurring his speech. Altidor was given the option to undergo Standardized Field Sobriety Tests but refused. Given all the aforementioned facts, Altidor was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor.
