Cambridge Police documented a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. The operator involved in the collision was issued a citation for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. The pedestrian was transported to a hospital for treatment.

A Cambridge resident reported the theft of a bicycle. The victim's Peugeot road bike had been locked to a bike rack located at Fulkerson and Thorndike Streets since 8 p.m. the previous evening.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police arrested Marcus Pixley, 61, homeless out of Boston, for Threatening to Commit a Crime, Carrying a Dangerous Weapon (BB gun), Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, and warrants out of Cambridge District Court. Police responded to a disturbance in front of a Massachusetts Avenue business in which the victim stated that Pixley threatened to hurt him and mentioned that he had a firearm on his person. Pixley was located immediately by officers and identified as the suspect by the victim. Pixley was pat frisked for weapons. While doing so, Pixley admitted that he had a BB gun in his waist band along the small of his back. The BB gun was removed from Pixley's person and made safe by officers on scene.

Cambridge Police responded to a business on Concord Avenue for a 911 hang-up call from a land line. Upon further investigation, a report was taken to document the larceny of gas on two separate days.
