BROOKLINE ST
Cambridge Police issued a summons to a Cambridge resident for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. While conducting routine patrol in the area of Putnam Gardens, officers noticed the resident sitting in a black 2007 Infinity G35 in the Putnam Gardens parking lot adjacent to Magee Street. The resident looked at an officer from the driver's seat and then quickly pulled the vehicle out onto Magee Street in an apparent attempt to evade police.

Officers observed an illegally parked vehicle within the intersection of Broadway at Galileo Way. Upon further investigation, it was determined the operator of the vehicle did not possess a driver's license. They were issued a uniform citation for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle on a Public Way as well as a Cambridge parking violation for parking within 20 feet of an intersection.

ELLERY ST
Cambridge Police summonsed a resident of Cambridge for Leaving the Scene of Property Damage, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, and Improper Operation of a Motor Vehicle. Following making an improper turn onto Ellery Street from Massachusetts Avenue, the operator backed into another motor vehicle travelling West on Massachusetts Ave. The crash resulted in minor damage to the front passenger side fender of the victim's car. The operator then left the scene of the crash. The victim was able to describe the vehicle, observe the registration plate and the driver of the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the registered owner has a suspended Massachusetts driver's license and matched the description of the operator offered by the victim. Therefore, he will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for the aforementioned offenses.
