He was approached by a male asking to use his phone. When he declined the suspect threw a punch that did not land. The suspect then threatened to further assault the victim.

Cambridge Police observed a motor vehicle in the area of Inman Street and Harvard Street, failure to stop for a red light. It was determined that the vehicle was reported as stolen. As a result, Tracy Doyle, 38, Everett, was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle. A rental agreement located inside of the vehicle confirmed that the vehicle was to be returned 4/28/22 at 6:06PM.
