Corey Lydon, 45, 11 Green Street in Cambridge, was arrested at Massachusetts Avenue on a warrant issued out of the Boston District Court charging him with Distribution of a Class A Substance and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A Substance.

BELMONT ST
Muhammed Suleman, 32, 72 Belmont Street in Watertown, was arrested for several motor vehicle-related warrants. Suleman was initially stopped after an officer observed Suleman operating his motorcycle at a high rate of speed in a marked bus lane. The officer also noticed the license plate attached to this vehicle appeared to be fake. Upon stopping Suleman, it was confirmed the plate was not a genuine number plate issued from the RMV. The motorcycle was not registered or insured. Lastly, Suleman did not possess a valid license or permit to operate a motorcycle.

Cambridge Police responded to a department store located at the 500 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a shoplifting. As a result of that investigation, Daniel Taylor, 34, 35 Harvey Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for warrants issued out of Cambridge District Court (Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest).

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Jacob Pimentel, 31, 100 Wheatland Street in Dorchester, was arrested at Massachusetts Avenue and charged with an Unarmed Bank Robbery. Pimentel had entered the bank located at 1200 block of Massachusetts Avenue and passed a note demanding money. Cash was handed over to Pimentel, who then fled the bank. Officers were able to locate Pimentel in a taxi as he attempted to flee the area. He was taken into custody without incident and the money stolen from the bank was recovered. Pimentel was also found to have eight warrants for his arrest.
