Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue near Temple Street for a warrant service. Richard Dale, 43, 804 Washington Street in Boston, was placed under arrest for a warrant issued out of Somerville District Court for larceny under $1200, a warrant out of Chelsea District Court for larceny under $1200, and a warrant out of Worcester District Court for failing to register as a sex offender. In addition, Dale will be charged with failing to register as a sex offender.
