A resident of Harvard Street was operating his electric scooter opposite Broadway westbound when he was involved in a road rage incident with a driver in traffic. The driver of the motor vehicle reportedly ran the scooter operator off the road and ran over his scooter. The scooter operator refused any medical treatment.
