ECC dispatched CPD units to the area of Rindge Avenue by Sherman Street on a report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. The pedestrian was transported to a hospital with injuries and the operator of the motor vehicle involved was cited for failure to yield to pedestrian in a crosswalk. A crash report was completed for this incident as well.

A resident reported an incident regarding identity theft on March 8, 2023. A suspect acquired her personal information through a telephone scam to access a credit card. The suspect then made fraudulent purchases totaling $3,500 with that card information.
