COLUMBIA ST
A resident of Cambridge was summonsed for having an uninsured motor vehicle on a public way, having an unregistered vehicle on a public way, and misuse of a handicap placard. Police were initially checking on the vehicle after Traffic and Parking notified that the vehicle in question had not moved in almost 3 months. When officers checked, the registration was found to be revoked for lack of insurance. It was also discovered that the placard was being used by the owner, but was not the placard holder, nor was the placard holder present when the vehicle was being used.
